１０章
1. これらの事の後に、主は他に七十人を指名して彼らを二人組にし、ご自分に先立って、全ての町や、彼が行こうとしておられる場所に遣わされました。
2. その時、彼は彼らに仰せられました。「収穫は実に大きい。しかし、働き人は少ない。だから、収穫の主に祈って、彼の収穫のために働き人を送り出してもらうようにしなさい。
3. 行きなさい。見よ、私はおまえたちを狼どもの中にいる羊たちのように送り出している。
4. 金を袋に入れて行ってはいけない。背負い袋も、二足のサンダルも、持って行ってはいけない。また、その道の途中では、誰にも挨拶をしないように。
5. しかし、どんな家でも、おまえたちが入るなら最初にこう言いなさい。『平和がこの家にあるように。』
6. そして、もし、平和の子がそこにいるなら、おまえたちの平和はそれに置かれる。もしいなければそれは、おまえたちに帰って来る。
7. そして、その家に留まって、彼らがくれるものを食べたり飲んだりしなさい。働き人には、彼の報酬を受ける価値があるのだ。家から家へと渡り歩いてはいけない。
8． どんな町に入っても、彼らがおまえたちを受け入れるなら、おまえたちの前に供えられる物を食べなさい。
9. また、そこにいる病人を癒して上げなさい。そして、彼らに、『天の神の王国はあなたがたに間近になっています。』と言いなさい。
10. しかし、おまえたちが入る町がどんなであっても、彼らがおまえたちを受け入れないなら、諸々の通りに出て行ってこう言いなさい。
11. 『わたしたちに付いているあなたがたの町のこのちりは、あなたたちに向かって拭い去っていきます。しかし、この事は知っていなさい。天の神の王国は、あなたがたに間近になっています。』
12. しかし、私はおまえたちに言う。かの日には、その町よりもソドムのほうがもっと耐えやすい。
13. お前は忌まわしい、コラジン！お前は忌まわしい、ベスサイダ！お前たちの中でなされた諸々の強力なわざがティロとシドンでなされていたなら、彼らははるか昔に麻布と灰の中に座って懺悔したのに。
14. しかし、裁きでは、お前たちよりもティロとシドンの方がもっと耐えやすい。
15. また、お前、カペルナウムよ、天にまで上げられたものよ、ハデスにまで落とされる。
16. おまえたちの言うことを聞いている人は、私の言うことを聞いている。おまえたちの言うことを拒否する人は私を拒否している。そして、私を拒否する人は、私を遣された方を拒否しているのだ。」
17. その時、七十人が喜んで帰ってきてこう言いました。「主よ、ダイモニオンども（ダイモニオン）でさえ、あなたの名によれば、私たちに従っています。」
18. すると、彼は彼らに仰せられました。「私はサタンが稲妻のように天から落ちるのを見た。
19. 見よ、私はおまえたちにへびやサソリどもを踏みつける権威を与え、また、敵に打ち勝つ全ての力を授けている。その上、何者が何をしようとも、おまえたちを害することはない。
20. しかし、霊どもが、おまえたちに服従するからと言って、この事を喜んでいてはいけない。それよりも、おまえたちの名が諸々の天に書かれていることを喜びなさい。」
21. その時、イエスは聖霊によって喜んで仰せられました。「感謝します。おとうさま。天と地の主よ、あなたはこれらの事を賢い者たちや思慮深い者たちから隠して、幼な子たちにお示しになりました。そうです。おとうさま、それは、あなたの目にかなった事だからです。」
22. それから、弟子たちを振り返って彼は仰せになりました。「すべての事は、私の父から私に渡されている。そして、この息子を知っているのは父以外誰もいない。そして、父を知っている者はこの息子以外は誰もいない。」
23. その時、彼は彼の弟子たちの所に帰り、それから、ひそかに仰せられました。「おまえたちが見ているその目は幸いだ。
24. 私はおまえたちに言う。多くの預言者たちや、王たちはおまえたちが見ていることを見ようと願っていた。しかし見なかった。また、おまえたちが聞いている事を聞こうとしていたが聞かなかった。」
25. すると、見よ、一人の法律家が立って彼を試みて言いました。「先生、私が永遠の命を継ぐために何をすればよいのですか？」
26. 彼は彼に仰せられました。「法には何が書いてある？あなたはそれをどう読んでいる？」
27. そこで、彼は答えて言いました。「『あなたは主なる、あなたの天の神をあなたの心のすべてによって愛せよ、あなたの魂の全てによって愛せよ、あなたの能力の全てによって愛せよ、あなたの精神の全てをによって愛せよ』、それと、『あなたの隣人をあなた自身のように愛せよ』です。」
28. すると、彼は彼に仰せられました。「あなたは正しく答えた。それをしなさい。そうすればあなたは生きる。」
29. しかし、彼は自分自身を正当化しようとしてイエスに言いました。「では、私の隣人とは誰ですか？」
30. すると、イエスは答えて仰せられました。「一人の男性がエルサレムからエリコに下っていた。そして、強盗どもの手に陥ってしまった。彼らは彼の着物を剥ぎ取り、彼に傷を負わせ、それから、去って行った。彼は半殺しにされたまま放っておかれていた。
31. ところで、思いがけなくそこに一人の祭司がその道を下ってきた。しかし彼は彼を見ると、彼は道の向こう側を素通りして行った。
32. 同じように、一人のレビ人がその場所について、来て見たのだが、道の向こう側を素通りして行った。
33. しかし、あるサマリアの人が旅をしていたが、彼のいた所に来た。そして、彼は彼を見ると可愛そうに思った。

39. さて、彼女にはマリアという姉妹がいました。彼女もイエスの足もとに座って彼の言葉を聞いていました。
40. しかし、マルサは多くの奉仕のために取り乱していました。そして、彼女は彼を責めて言いました。「主よ、あなたは、私の姉妹が私を一人で仕えさせているのに、お構いにならないんですか？彼女に私の手伝いをするように、おっしゃって下さい。」
41. すると、イエスは彼女に答え、それから、彼女に仰せられました。「マルサ、マルサ、あなたはたくさんのことに気を揉んで心を配っている。
42. しかし、必要な事はひとつだ。そして、マリアはその良いほうを選んだのだ。それを彼女から取り去ってはいけない。」
Luk 10:2 Then He said to them, The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray to the Lord of the harvest that He may send forth laborers into His harvest.
Luk 10:3 Go! Behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
Luk 10:4 Carry neither purse nor bag nor sandals. And greet no one by the way.
Luk 10:5 And into whatever house you enter, first say, Peace to this house.
Luk 10:6 And if a son of peace is there, your peace shall rest on it. If not, it shall return to you,
Luk 10:7 And remain in the same house, eating and drinking the things shared by them; for the laborer is worthy of his hire. Do not move from house to house.
Luk 10:8 And into whatever city you enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you.
Luk 10:9 And heal the sick that are in it, and say to them, The kingdom of God has come near you!
Luk 10:10 And into whatever city you enter, and they do not receive you, going out into the streets say,
Luk 10:11 Even the dust of your city which clings to us, we wipe off against you. Yet be sure of this, that the kingdom of God has come near you.
Luk 10:12 But I say to you that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom than for that city.
Luk 10:13 Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which have been done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented a long while ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
Luk 10:14 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the Judgment than for you.
Luk 10:15 And you, Capernaum, which has been lifted up to Heaven, you shall be thrust down into hell.
Luk 10:16 The one hearing you hears Me, and he who despises you despises Me; he who rejects you also rejects Him who sent Me.
Luk 10:17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us through Your name.
Luk 10:18 And He said to them, I saw Satan fall from Heaven like lightning.
Luk 10:19 Behold, I give to you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the authority of the enemy. And nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Luk 10:20 Yet do not rejoice in this, that the evil spirits are subject to you, rather rejoice because your names are written in Heaven.
Luk 10:21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in Spirit and said, I thank You, Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the sophisticated and cunning, and have revealed them to babes. Yes, Father, for so it was pleasing before You.
Luk 10:22 All things are delivered to Me by My Father; and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son will reveal Him.
Luk 10:23 And He turned to His disciples and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see.
Luk 10:24 For I tell you that many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen them, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard them.
Luk 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up and tempted Him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
Luk 10:26 He said to him, What is written in the Law? How do you read it?
Luk 10:27 And answering, he said, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.
Luk 10:28 And He said to him, You have answered right; do this and you shall live.
Luk 10:29 But he, willing to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbor?
Luk 10:30 And answering, Jesus said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among robbers, who stripped him of his clothing and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
Luk 10:31 And by coincidence a certain priest came down that way and seeing him, he passed by on the opposite side.
Luk 10:32 And in the same way a Levite, also being at the place, coming and seeing him, he passed on the opposite side.
Luk 10:33 But a certain traveling Samaritan came upon him, and seeing him, he was filled with pity.
Luk 10:34 And coming near, he bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine, and set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
Luk 10:35 And going on the next day, he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper, and said to him, Take care of him. And whatever more you spend, when I come again I will repay you.
Luk 10:36 Then which of these three, do you think, was neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?
Luk 10:37 And he said, The one doing the deed of mercy to him. And Jesus said to him, Go and do likewise.
Luk 10:38 And as they went, it happened that He entered into a certain village. And a certain woman named Martha received Him into her house.
Luk 10:39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus' feet and heard His word.
Luk 10:40 But Martha was distracted with much serving. And she came to Him and said, Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.
Luk 10:41 And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things.
Luk 10:42 But one thing is needful, and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
