１３章
1. その頃、ある人々が彼にガリラヤ人たちの血をピラトが彼らの供え物に混ぜたと言いました。
2. すると、イエスは彼に答えて仰せられました。「あなたがたは、それらのガリラヤの人たちが、そんな目に合ったからといって、他のすべてのガリラヤの人たち以上に悪い罪人だと思うか？
3. 私はあなたがたに言う。そうではない。しかし、あなたがたも悔い改めなければ皆同じように滅びる。
4. また、シロアムで塔が上に倒壊して死んだあの１８人を、あなたがたは彼らがエルサレムに住んでいる、他の全ての人々よりも悪い罪人だったと思うか？
5. 私はあなたがたに言う。そうではない。しかし、あなたがたも悔い改めなければ、皆同じように滅びる。」
6. 彼はまたこのたとえ話をお語りになりました。「ある男がいちじくの木を彼のぶどう園に植えた。そして、彼はそれに実がなってはいないかと見に来たが、何もなかった。
7. その時、彼は、彼のぶどう園の園丁に言った。『見よ。この三年間も私はこのいちじくの木から実を捜していたのだ。しかし、何も見つけられない。それを切り倒せ。どうしてこの土地をむだにしているのか？』
8. しかし、彼は彼に答えて言った。『ご主人、今年はそのままにしてやって下さい。私がその周りを掘ってみます。そして、肥やしをやります。
9. その上で、もし実がなればそれでよいでしょう。しかし、もし、ならなかったら、その後であなたがそれを切り倒せばよいではありませんか。』」
10. ところで、彼は安息日に、シナゴーグの一つで教えておられました。
11. すると、見よ、そこに虚弱の霊に１８年間もとりつかれ、その上、体が湾曲してどうしても引き起こす事ができなかった女性がいました。
12. しかし、イエスは彼女をご覧になると、彼は彼女を呼んで仰せられました。「女の人、あなたはあなたの虚弱から解かれている。」
13. それから、彼は彼女の手を取って引き起こしてあげました。すると、彼女はすぐにまっすぐになり、そして、天の神を褒め称えました。
14. しかし、シナゴーグの司は憤慨して答えました。イエスが安息日にいやしをなさったからです。そして、彼はその群衆に言いました。「働くべき日は六日間ある。だから、来てそれら〔病気〕をいやしてもらいなさい。しかし、安息日はいけない。」
15. 主はその時彼に答えて仰せられました。「偽善者よ！あなたがたの一人が安息日に自分の雄牛やロバを畜舎から放してあげて、それから、それを水のところに連れて行ってやらないか？
16. アブラハムの娘の一人であるこの婦人は、サタンが１８年間も束縛していた。安息日にその束縛から解放されるべきではなかったか？」
17. そして、彼がそれらの事を仰せになると、彼の反対者たちは皆恥じ入ってしまいました。そして、群衆は皆、彼がなさったこの素晴らしく愉快なことで、喜びました。
18. その時、彼は仰せられました。「天の神の王国は何に似ているか？そして、何に比べようか？
19. それはからしの種に似ている。人がそれを取って自分の庭に蒔く。すると、それは育って大きな木になり、それから、空の諸々の鳥がその諸々の枝に巣を作る。」
20. それから、彼はまた仰せられました。「私は天の神の王国を何に似せようか？
21. それは、一人の女の人が３メモリの小麦を取って、それが全部発酵するまでに隠すパン種に似ている。」
22. それから、彼は諸々の町々、村々を巡って行って教え、それから、エルサレムへと旅をお続けになりました。
23. その時、一人が彼に言いました。「主よ、救われている人は少ないのですか？」すると、彼は彼らに仰せられました。
24. 「狭い門から入るように努力しなさい。私はあなた方に言う。入ろうとして捜しているが、できない人が大勢いるからだ。
25. 家の主人はいったん立ち上がってその戸を閉めてしまったら、あなたがたは外に立ってその戸をノックして、『主よ、主よ、私たちのために開けてください。』と言うが、彼はあなたがたに答えて言う。『私はあなたがたが何者なのか（どこから来たのか）を知らない。
26. その時、あなたがたは言い始める。『私たちはあなた様の前で食べたり飲んだりしました。また、あなた様は私たちの諸々のとおりで教えてくださいました。』
27. しかし、彼は言う。『私は言う。お前達が何者なのか、知らない。私から離れよ、お前達悪者よ。』
28. あなたがたがアブラハム、イサク、そして、ヤコブや全ての預言者たちを天の神の王国の見るときに、あなたがたは外に突き出される。そして、そこでは涙と歯ぎしりとがある。
29. 彼らは東から、また西から、また北から、南からやって来る。そして、天の神の王国で席に着く。
30. すると、そこでは実に、最後の人が最初となり、最初の人は最後の人となる。」
31. その頃、あるファリサイ派の人々が来て、彼に言いました。「ここから出て、立ち去れ。ヘロデがお前を殺そうとしているから。」
32. すると、彼は彼らに仰せられました。「行って、あの狐にこう言いなさい。『見よ、今日も明日も、私はダイモニオンども（ダイモニオン）を追放し、またいやしをなす。そして、三日目には私は完成する。』と
33. しかし、私は今日も、明日も、またその次の日も、旅を続けなければならない。なぜなら、預言者がエルサレムの外で滅びる事はあり得ないからだ。
34. ああ、エルサレム、エルサレム、預言者たちを殺し、それに（彼女に）遣わされている者を石で打つ者よ！めん鳥が自分のヒナを羽の下に入れるように、私は何度お前の子らを集めようとしたことか。しかし、お前達はそうされようとしなかった！
35. 見よ！お前の家は荒れ果てたまま放置される。アーメン。私はお前に言う。お前が『主の御名におってお出でになる方に祝福あれ！』という時が来るまで、私を見ることはない！」Luk 13:1 And some were present at the same time reporting to Him of the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.
Luk 13:2 And answering, Jesus said to them, Do you suppose that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans because they suffered such things?
Luk 13:3 I tell you, No. But unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
Luk 13:4 Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were sinners above all men who lived in Jerusalem?
Luk 13:5 I tell you, No. But unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
Luk 13:6 He also spoke this parable: A certain man had a fig-tree planted in his vineyard. And he came and sought fruit on it, and found none.
Luk 13:7 And he said to the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig-tree, and find none. Cut it down, why does it encumber the ground?
Luk 13:8 And answering, he said to him, Lord, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and throw manure.
Luk 13:9 And if it bears fruit, well; and if not, then after that you shall cut it down.
Luk 13:10 And He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
Luk 13:11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and she was bowed together and was not able to be completely erect.
Luk 13:12 And when Jesus saw her, He called and said to her, Woman, you are delivered from your infirmity.
Luk 13:13 And He laid His hands on her. And instantly she was made erect, and she glorified God.
Luk 13:14 And answering, the synagogue ruler, being angry because Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, said to the crowd, There are six days in which it is right to work. Therefore in them come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.
Luk 13:15 And the Lord answered him and said, Hypocrite! Does not each one of you on the sabbath loosen his ox or ass from the stall and lead it away, to give it drink?
Luk 13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham whom Satan has bound, lo these eighteen years, be loosened from this bond on the Sabbath day?
Luk 13:17 And when He had said these things, all His adversaries were ashamed. And all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him.
Luk 13:18 And He said, What is the kingdom of God like? And to what shall I compare it?
Luk 13:19 It is like a grain of mustard seed which a man took and threw into his garden. And it grew and became a great tree, and the birds of the air lodged in its branches.
Luk 13:20 And again He said, To what shall I compare the kingdom of God?
Luk 13:21 It is like leaven which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, until the whole was leavened.
Luk 13:22 And He went through the cities and villages, teaching and progressing toward Jerusalem.
Luk 13:23 And one said to Him, Lord, are the ones being saved few? And He said to them,
Luk 13:24 Strive to enter in at the narrow gate. For I say to you, many will seek to enter in and shall not be able.
Luk 13:25 And once the Master of the house has risen up and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us, and He shall answer and say to you, I do not know you; from where are you;
Luk 13:26 then you shall begin to say, We ate and drank in Your presence, and You have taught in our streets.
Luk 13:27 But He shall say, I tell you, I do not know you; from where you are. Depart from Me, all workers of unrighteousness!
Luk 13:28 There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you will see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and yourselves being thrust out.
Luk 13:29 And they will come from the east and the west, and from the north and the south, and will recline in the kingdom of God.
Luk 13:30 And behold, there are last ones which will be first, and there are first ones which will be last.
Luk 13:31 The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying to Him, Go out and depart from here, for Herod will kill you.
Luk 13:32 And He said to them, You go and tell that fox, Behold, today and tomorrow, I cast out demons and I complete cures, and the third day I will be finished.
Luk 13:33 Yet I must walk today and tomorrow and the day following. For it cannot be that a prophet perish outside of Jerusalem.
Luk 13:34 Jerusalem! Jerusalem! the one killing the prophets, and stoning those having been sent to her; how often I desired to gather your children in the way a hen gathers her brood under the wings, and you did not desire it.
Luk 13:35 Behold, your house is left to you desolate. And truly I say to you, You will not see Me until it come when you say, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.
