４章 済
1. さて、イエスは聖霊に満たされてヨルダン川からお帰りになりました。それから、天の神の霊によって荒野に導かれ、
2. そこでディアボロスによって、４０日間の間試みを受けられました。そして、その間、彼は何も食べませんでしたが、それを終えると彼は空腹であられました。
3. すると、ディアボロスは彼に言いました。「もし、あなたが天の神の息子であるなら、この石にパンになるようにと命令しなさい。」
4. しかし、イエスは彼に答えて仰せられました。「〔こう〕書かれている。『人は、パンだけで生きるのではない。天の神のあらゆる言葉による。』と」
6. それから、ディアボロスは彼に言いました。「このすべての権力をあなたに差し上げます。また、それらの繁栄も。このことは、私に渡されているからです。そして、私は誰でも私がいいと思う人にこれを上げるつもりなのです。
7. ですから、もし、あなたが私を礼拝するなら、全部あなたのものです。」
8. すると、イエスは彼に答えて仰せられました。「私の後に下がれ、サタン！こう書いてあるではないか。『あなたは主、あなたの天の神を礼拝せよ、そして、あなたは彼にのみ仕えよ』と。」
9. それから、彼は彼をエルサレムに連れて行くと神殿の尖塔の上に置き、それから、彼に言いました。「もしあなたが、天の神の子なら、ここから飛び降りなさい。（自分を投げなさい。）」
10. こう書いてあります。『彼は彼の使いたちに、あなたを保つようにお命じになる。
11. そして、彼らはその手であなたを引き上げて、あなたの足が石に激しくあたらないようにする』と。」
12. すると、イエスは彼に答えて仰せられました。「こう仰せになっている。『あなたは主なる天の神を試みるな』と。」
13. さて、ディアボロスは、あらゆる試みをし尽くして、彼は都合の良い時まで、彼から離れて行きました。
14. その時、イエスは聖霊の力のうちにガリラヤにお帰りになりました。すると、彼についての知らせがその周辺の地域にくまなく伝えられていきました。
15. そして、彼は彼らのシナゴーグで教え、皆から賞讃をお受けになりました。
16. そこで、彼はナザレに行かれましたが、そこは彼がお育ちになったところでした。そして、彼らの習慣に従って彼は安息日にシナゴーグに入り、それから、拝読のためにお立ちになりました。
17. すると、彼は預言者イザヤの書が渡されました。そして、彼がその書を開くと、次のように書いてあるところを見つけられました。
18. 「主の霊が私の上にある。それは、彼が私に油を注いで、福音を貧しい人々に説教させるためである。彼は私を落胆している人々を癒させるため、捕らわれている人々を解放し、目の見えない人々に光を取り戻させ、虐げられている人々を自由にし、
19. 主の受容の年を説教するためにお遣わしになった。」
20. その時、彼はその書を閉じて係りの人に返し、腰をおろされました。すると、シナゴーグにいた全ての人々の目が彼に向けられていました。
21. すると、彼は彼らに語り始められました。「今日、あなたがたが聞いている御言葉が成就している。」
22. そこで、全ての人々が彼についての証人となりました。また、彼の口から出てくる諸々の恵みの言葉に驚いて、彼らは言いました。「これはヨセフの息子ではないのか？」
23. 彼は彼らに仰せられました。『あなたがたはきっと、この譬えを私に言うに違いない。「医者よ、自分自身を癒せ！」と。私たちがカペルナウムで聞いたことを、ここ、自分の故郷でもせよ』と。」
24. その時、彼は仰せられました。「アーメン。私はあなたがたに言う。預言者はだれも自分の故郷で受け入れられない。
25. しかし、私はあなたがたに本当の事をいう。エリヤの時代に、イスラエルには多くのやもめたちがいた。その時、天が三年と六ヶ月の間閉じられ、全地にひどい飢饉があった。
26. しかし、エリヤはシドンの地方のサレプタのやもめ以外には彼女たちの誰にも遣わされなかった。
27. また、預言者エリシャの時代には多くのレプラの人々がいたが、シリヤのナアマンのほかには、彼らの一人もきよめられなかった。」
28. そこで、シナゴーグにいた人は皆、これらの事を聞いて憤怒で満たされ、
30. その時、彼らのまん中を通り抜けて、彼は去って行かれました。
31. それから、彼はガリラヤの一都市の、カペルナウムに下って安息日ごとに彼らに教えておられました。
32. すると、彼らは、彼の教えにひどく驚かされました。彼の言葉に権威が伴っていたからです。
32. こう言いました。「おれたちを放っておいてくれ！おれたちと、あなたと何の関係があるんですか。ナザレのイエスよ？あなたはおれたちを滅ぼしに来たんですか？おれはあなたがだれかを知っている。天の神の聖者だ！」
35. しかし、イエスは彼らを叱ってこう仰せられました。「黙れ。この男（彼）から出て来い！」するとその時、ダイモニオン（ダイモニオン）は彼を彼らのまん中に投げると、彼から出て行きましたが、彼を傷つけはしませんでした。
36. その時、彼らは皆あっけにとられ、そして、互いに語り合ってこう言いました。「これは何という言葉だ！権威と権力とを持って、彼はあの汚れた霊どもにお命じになった。そうしたら（すると）、彼らは出て行ってしまった。」
37. そして、彼についての知らせは、その地方一帯の、あらゆる場所に伝えられました。
38. さて、彼はシナゴーグから発ち、それから、シメオンの家にお入りになりました。しかし、シメオンの妻の母親が高熱を患っていたので、彼らは彼女のことについて彼に願いました。
39. そこで、彼は彼女を見つめてその熱を叱られると、それは彼女から去っていきました。そして、すぐに彼女は起き上がって彼らに仕えたのです。
40. 日が沈むと、いろいろな疾患を患っている人は誰でも彼のところに連れられて来ました。すると、彼は両手を彼ら一人一人に置いて彼らを癒されました。
41. そして、ダイモニオンどもも大声で叫び、そして「あなたはキリストだ。天の神の御子だ！」と言いながら、多くの人々から出て行きました。しかし、彼は彼らを叱って語ることをお許しになりませんでした。彼らは彼がキリストであることを知っていたからです。
42. ところで、日がのぼると彼は出て行き、そして、人気のない場所に入って行かれました。すると、群衆は彼を探し求め、そして、彼の所に来て、彼らのところから離れないようにしようとしました。
44.そして、彼はガリラヤの諸々のシナゴーグで説教されました。
Luk 4:1 And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness
Luk 4:2 forty days, being tempted by the Devil. And in those days He ate nothing. And they being ended, He afterward was hungry.
Luk 4:3 And the Devil said to Him, If you are the Son of God, speak to this stone that it might become bread.
Luk 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written that "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word of God."
Luk 4:5 And the Devil, leading Him up into a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
Luk 4:6 And the Devil said to Him, All this power I will give you, and the glory of them; for it has been delivered to me. And I give it to whomever I will.
Luk 4:7 Therefore if you will worship me, all shall be yours.
Luk 4:8 And Jesus answered and said to him, Get behind me, Satan! For it is written, "You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only shall you serve."
Luk 4:9 And he brought Him to Jerusalem and sat Him on a pinnacle of the temple and said to Him, If you are the Son of God, cast yourself down from here.
Luk 4:10 For it is written, "He shall give His angels charge over You, to keep You;
Luk 4:11 and in their hands they shall bear You up, lest at any time You dash Your foot against a stone."
Luk 4:12 And Jesus answering said to him, It has been said, "You shall not tempt the Lord your God."
Luk 4:13 And when the Devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him for a time.
Luk 4:14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee. And a report went out throughout all the neighborhood concerning Him.
Luk 4:15 And He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.
Luk 4:16 And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And, as His custom was, He went in to the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up to read.
Luk 4:17 And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And unrolling the book, He found the place where it was written,
Luk 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on Me; because of this He has anointed Me to proclaim the Gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and new sight to the blind, to set at liberty those having been crushed,
Luk 4:19 to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."
Luk 4:20 And rolling up the book, returning it to the attendant, He sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were fastened on Him.
Luk 4:21 And He began to say to them, Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your ears.
Luk 4:22 And all bore witness to Him and wondered at the gracious words which came out of His mouth. And they said, Is this not Joseph's son?
Luk 4:23 And He said to them, You will surely say this proverb to Me, Physician, heal yourself. Whatever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in your native-place.
Luk 4:24 And He said, Truly I say to you, No prophet is accepted in his native-place.
Luk 4:25 But I tell you truly, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land.
Luk 4:26 But Elijah was not sent to any of them, except to Zarephath, a city of Sidon, to a woman, a widow.
Luk 4:27 And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, and none of them was cleansed except Naaman the Syrian.
Luk 4:28 And hearing these things, all in the synagogue were filled with wrath.
Luk 4:29 And they rose up and thrust Him outside the city, and led Him up to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, in order to throw Him down.
Luk 4:30 But passing through the midst of them, He went away.
Luk 4:31 And He came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
Luk 4:32 And they were astonished at His doctrine, for His word was with authority.
Luk 4:33 And in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon and cried out with a loud voice,
Luk 4:34 saying, Let us alone! What is to us and to You, Jesus of Nazareth? Have You come to destroy us? I know You, who You are, the Holy One of God.
Luk 4:35 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Be quiet and come out of him! And when the demon had thrown him into the midst, he came out of him, not harming him.
Luk 4:36 And they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying, What a word is this! For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.
Luk 4:37 And a report about Him went out into every place of the neighborhood.
Luk 4:38 And rising up from the synagogue, He entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was being seized with a great fever. And they asked Him for her.
Luk 4:39 And standing over her, He rebuked the fever. And it left her. And immediately she arose and served them.
Luk 4:40 And the sun sinking, all, as many as had sick ones with different kinds of diseases brought them to Him. And laying hands on each of them, He healed them.
Luk 4:41 And also demons came out of many, crying out and saying, You are the Christ, the Son of God! And rebuking them, He did not allow them to speak; for they knew Him to be the Christ.
Luk 4:42 And day coming on, going out, He went into a deserted place. And the crowds looked for Him and came to Him, and held Him fast, not to pass away from them.
Luk 4:43 And He said to them, I must proclaim the gospel, the kingdom of God, to other cities, because I was sent on this mission,
Luk 4:44 And He proclaimed in the synagogues of Galilee.
